Welcome to GolfCrowd (golfcrowd.co.uk). These terms apply when you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

About us. GolfCrowd sells made-to-order printed clothing. Contact us any time via the contact page on this site.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been accepted and sent to print. We may decline or cancel an order (for example where there is an obvious pricing error or a stock issue with our print partner), in which case you receive a full refund.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Products. Every item is printed to order. Colours and print placement may vary very slightly from the images shown, as is normal for printed garments.

Delivery, returns and refunds. See our Delivery information and our Return and Refund Policy. Because items are made to order we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, but faulty, damaged or incorrect items will always be replaced or refunded.

Our content. All designs, images and text on this site belong to GolfCrowd and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.

Liability. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

General. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
